The Make-Up Artist delivers personalized in-store beauty consultations and application services, combining creative expertise with technical proficiency to educate and inspire MAC customers. Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized make-up consultations and application services that educate and delight customers
• Provide inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that reflect MAC's prestige positioning
• Execute in-store visual merchandising standards to maintain competitive differentiation
• Collaborate with the retail team to conceptualize and deliver impactful in-store events
• Operate retail point-of-sale software with proficiency and accuracy
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with beauty trends and techniques
• Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in make-up application
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Valid proof of right to live and work in Mexico
• Make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur-level experience considered if expertise is demonstrated
