A highly skilled make-up artist at MAC combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for personalized customer engagement, delivering inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight. This role encompasses personalized beauty consultations, in-store event creation, and visual merchandising excellence, all executed as part of a high-performing retail team within a prestige beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store beauty consultations and make-up application services
• Educate customers on make-up techniques and product benefits to enhance their purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with the store team to create and execute impactful in-store events and promotions
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the store to differentiate MAC from competitors
• Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions accurately
• Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur level experience welcome if demonstrating high creative and technical expertise
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Legal right to live and work in Mexico with proof available upon request

Experience

While previous retail make-up experience or professional certification is desirable, candidates with amateur-level make-up experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate advanced creative and technical expertise and a genuine passion for customer engagement.
