Role & Responsibilities
- Create personalized makeup experiences that inspire and delight clients whilst demonstrating product expertise and application mastery
- Recommend products confidently and maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling and trend-forward styling
- Educate clients on makeup techniques, product benefits, and brand heritage, fostering authentic connections and loyalty
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards throughout all customer interactions, ensuring memorable retail experiences

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail sector
- 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience with demonstrable portfolio or client work
- Degree or professional certification in esthetics and/or makeup artistry (preferred)
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Exceptional ability to balance artistic creativity with commercial acumen and sales discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering luxury, personalized, and authentic service experiences

1–2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry; 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
Education
