Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeover services
- Execute makeup application techniques while educating customers on product benefits and usage
- Collaborate with the in-store team to conceptualize and deliver impactful beauty events and promotions
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate the brand competitively
- Demonstrate authentic and engaging customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrable creative and technical expertise also considered

- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
