Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultation and application services that educate and inspire customers
- Contribute to in-store events and initiatives that create measurable sales impact
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to differentiate the brand against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate authentic, inspirational customer service while building client relationships

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated technical expertise also considered
- Proof of legal right to work in the United States

Amateur-level makeup experience or higher is welcomed; previous retail makeup experience is preferred but not required for candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise.
