Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations and applications tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Reach individual sales targets while maintaining authentic customer engagement and brand integrity
- Maintain counter presentation and visual merchandising standards in alignment with MAC brand guidelines
- Restock inventory and ensure optimal counter organization at all times
- Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Process transactions accurately and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and management to support team performance
- Provide backup support to colleagues during peak periods and special events
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in makeup artistry or demonstrated professional-level makeup expertise
- Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both verbal and written
- Professional beauty or makeup certification (advantageous)
- Ability to work flexibly, including retail hours and short-notice shifts
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic retail environments

Experience
Previous retail experience in cosmetics or beauty is preferred; candidates with amateur-level makeup expertise who demonstrate high creative and technical competency are welcome to apply.
