As a junior make-up artist for MAC, the successful candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, personalized in-store experience that educates and inspires customers. The role encompasses in-store beautification consultations, participation in high-impact events, and contribution to visual merchandising excellence. Candidates with make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience are preferred, though passionate individuals with amateur-level experience and demonstrable technical skill will be considered. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store make-up consultations and beauty education to customers
- Execute high-level make-up artistry services and product demonstrations
- Participate in coordinating and executing in-store beauty events and campaigns
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and display integrity throughout the retail environment
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Creative and technical expertise in make-up application and beauty aesthetics
- Demonstrable ability to provide authentic, personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in English (or relevant local language)
- Right to live and work in Colombia

Experience
Make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; however, passionate individuals with amateur-level experience and strong technical abilities are also welcome to apply.
Education
Formal make-up artistry certification is desirable but not mandatory.
