MAC, a prestige beauty brand under Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a highly skilled Make-Up Artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences through creative consultations and expert makeup application. The successful candidate will combine technical artistry with genuine passion for customer engagement, driving sales while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and supporting in-store events. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert makeup consultation, application, and personalized customer service to enhance the in-store experience and drive product education
• Demonstrate advanced makeup techniques and product knowledge to inspire customer purchases and build brand loyalty
• Execute in-store promotional events and activities to create impact and engagement with target customers
• Maintain rigorous visual merchandising standards and store presentation to differentiate the boutique from competitors
• Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience strongly preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Legal right to live and work in Colombia; proof required at interview stage

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in makeup artistry or retail beauty services is preferred but not mandatory; applicants demonstrating high creative and technical skill levels at any experience stage are encouraged to apply.

Education

Formal certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required; applicants with demonstrated expertise through alternative training or professional experience are welcome to apply.
