Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations and applications that educate and inspire customers
- Create welcoming and inspirational in-store experiences through authentic customer engagement
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and complete transactions efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred
