This freelance position provides highly skilled beauty advisors to deliver personalized in-store consultations and educational experiences for MAC customers at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising standards, support promotional events and product demonstrations, and maintain strong product knowledge to enhance customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
