Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share through consumer-focused retail excellence and premium service delivery
- Maintain and reflect credible, professional brand image to internal and external consumers at all times
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and identify missed opportunities within competing brands
- Manage visual merchandising layout execution, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and timely delivery
- Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned to retailer activity and omnichannel strategy
- Deliver consumer recruitment and retention strategy to build and maintain a loyal consumer base
- Ensure retail standards, product displays, messaging, and pricing are maintained to required specifications daily
- Manage deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes
- Execute daily replenishment and utilise commercial reports to optimise sales performance
- Ensure all refunds, complaints, and customer service issues are managed according to company guidelines
- Create and maintain a safe working environment compliant with company and retailer policies
- Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver industry-leading consumer experience
