Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized in-store makeup consultations, demonstrations, and applications that educate and delight customers
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising within the store environment to differentiate the brand against competitors
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and product launches that drive impact and sales
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate authentic customer service and build lasting client relationships through product knowledge and artistry
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with seasonal collections and makeup techniques
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
