Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor to enhance brand positioning
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of MAC and brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise up to 25 lbs
