Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to retail customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge of MAC offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution preferred
