Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers in-store
- Create and execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure compelling store displays that differentiate against competitors
- Educate customers on MAC products, techniques, and application through authentic, engaging interaction
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and brand objectives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high-level creative and technical makeup expertise (certification or previous retail experience preferred, but amateur-level experience with proven creative ability welcomed)
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Flexible availability for retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
