Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to enhance customers' features and educate them on product application and benefits
- Deliver personalized, inspirational customer service that reflects the MAC brand ethos and builds lasting client relationships
- Participate in and support in-store events and product launches to create community engagement and drive sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing retail team to achieve store objectives and KPIs
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or demonstrated previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with strong creative and technical ability accepted
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Colombia
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise and a commitment to customer excellence.
Education
Formal qualification in makeup artistry is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.
