The role combines creative expertise and customer engagement to provide inspirational consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and support in-store promotional events. This on-call position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events, in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store patrons
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of MAC product offerings, application techniques, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
