Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized makeup application services and product consultations that educate and delight customers
- Demonstrate creative and technical makeup expertise through in-store transformations and beauty tutorials
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and deliver high-impact in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to differentiate the boutique from competitors
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise (formal certification or amateur level experience acceptable)

- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience

Education
