The Kiosk Manager oversees all operations at the MAC kiosk in São Paulo, including team recruitment, training and development, sales performance, customer service, expense control, inventory, merchandising, loss prevention and staff scheduling. The role is full-time and includes responsibility for human resources processes and store security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all kiosk operations, including recruiting, training and developing the team.
- Generate sales through the team, deliver excellent customer service and maximize profits through expense control and efficient resource management.
- Set sales targets and performance-improvement strategies.
- Control expenses within budget limits.
- Manage inventory and merchandising.
- Oversee human resources processes, including recruitment, hiring and disciplinary measures.
- Ensure loss prevention and kiosk security.
- Prepare staff schedules based on sales demand.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education.
- Completed or ongoing higher education is preferred.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience managing sales teams.
- Experience in the luxury market is preferred.
