Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and strategic initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and security checks
- Model brand values and luxury customer service standards to inspire the sales team
- Manage point-of-sale operations and retail technology systems
- Work flexibility across retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale software experience
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or luxury beauty. While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
