Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale system management
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service
- Model expected behaviors and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Maintain retail standards and support the smooth, efficient operation of the store
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
