The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations, leveraging exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors for the sales team. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and security protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and team management
- Coach and develop team members to demonstrate consistent brand-aligned behaviors and service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty; entry-level supervisory experience is desirable but not required for candidates with strong retail backgrounds and demonstrated leadership potential.
