Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and security protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and team management
- Coach and develop team members to demonstrate consistent brand-aligned behaviors and service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States
