Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching and example, modeling behaviors that reflect the brand values of inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Achieve all sales and customer service targets through team leadership and development
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation at the start and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with point-of-sale procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, including all associated operational duties and security protocols
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with luxury beauty retail standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and retail point-of-sale (POS) software experience
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or assistant management experience with responsibilities for coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable, as is demonstrated retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures.
