MAC Key Holder, part-time position in Torrance, CA. Lead retail operations and mentor sales team in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily retail operations and staff coordination
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model and deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale system management
- Ensure achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership and performance management
- Manage cash handling and reconciliation processes to maintain store financial accuracy
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance to reflect brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States
