MAC seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering operational excellence and inspiring sales performance. This supervisory role combines team leadership with cash-handling responsibilities, requiring the candidate to mentor sales associates, model exemplary customer service, and manage store opening and closing procedures. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with sales and customer service targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the store
- Conduct cash reconciliation and cash handling at the start and end of trading day
- Perform store opening and closing duties on a rotating basis, including security and compliance checks
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and professional standards for the sales team to emulate
- Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Canada

Previous retail experience preferably within cosmetics or beauty retail is required. Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable. Retail operations background including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
