MAC seeks a Part-Time Key Holder in Sarasota, FL to support store operations, lead sales team coaching, and manage cash handling with supervisory potential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Conduct cash reconciliation and handle point-of-sale transactions at the beginning and end of each shift
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security and operational compliance
- Model desired behaviors and sales techniques to inspire team performance and achieve sales targets
- Maintain retail operations standards including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale software proficiency
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required upon interview invitation)
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and special events
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty retail. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Education
