A leading prestige beauty retailer seeks an experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service. This supervisory role involves coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service whilst achieving all sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will manage essential cash handling duties, including start and end-of-day reconciliation, and share responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with company standards
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Conduct start and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Share responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and coaching practices to inspire team performance
- Achieve all assigned sales and customer service targets
- Manage retail operations and maintain point-of-sale system proficiency
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Desirable: previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capability
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
