The MAC Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations, team coaching, customer service, cash reconciliation, and rotating store opening and closing duties. This part-time role suits an ambitious retail professional seeking a first supervisory opportunity; hourly pay is $18.98–$31.63, depending on experience, skills, education, budget and geographic location, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
