Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient daily operation of the retail location
- Mentor and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and register balancing on a rotating basis
- Ensure adherence to retail operations standards and brand guidelines
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership and modeling
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and expertise
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Experience with cash reconciliation and retail operations procedures
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to work documentation for the relevant country
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in cosmetics or beauty is required. Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience encompassing cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures, and inventory management is preferred.
