MAC, a prestige beauty brand under Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support store management and lead the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service while managing essential operational functions. The successful candidate will coach and mentor sales associates, model brand behaviors, execute cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures, and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operations and management of the store
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and customer service excellence expected from the sales team
- Execute cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures at start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security and operational compliance
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership and engagement
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as scheduled
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or team-leading experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable.
