The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations, customer service, sales targets, cash reconciliation, and opening and closing duties on a rota basis. This part-time role is an entry point to supervisory experience and offers an hourly range of $18.98–$31.63, with potential bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example through coaching and mentoring, modelling the behaviours expected of the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets.
- Perform essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.98 to USD 31.63 per hour.
