Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model desired behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis according to scheduling requirements
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of retail excellence
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
