Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and handle store cash management operations
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to established schedules
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and standards required of the sales team
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Manage retail floor activities during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures; previous supervisory experience with coaching or mentoring responsibilities.
