MAC, part of The Estée Lauder Companies, seeks an experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service. This supervisory position requires strong retail coaching and mentoring abilities to lead the sales team in delivering inspirational, personalized customer service while meeting sales and service targets. The role includes responsibility for daily cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures on a rotating basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and handle store cash management operations
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to established schedules
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and standards required of the sales team
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Manage retail floor activities during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures; previous supervisory experience with coaching or mentoring responsibilities.
