Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and seamless customer service delivery
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviours and standards expected of the sales team
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and register management
- Perform essential start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations
- Maintain retail standards and visual merchandising in the MAC beauty department
- Support inventory management and stock control responsibilities as required
- Address customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining the prestige brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash reconciliation and opening/closing store experience (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (inferred as standard for retail supervisory role)

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.25 to USD 28.75 per hour.
