MAC Key Holder Part-Time position in Markham, ON. Support store management, lead sales team, and handle cash operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily retail operations and strategic initiatives
- Perform opening and closing duties on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and store security
- Model exemplary customer service and sales behaviors to inspire and coach the retail team
- Manage point-of-sale operations and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets while maintaining customer service standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail point-of-sale systems is expected.
