MAC seeks an ambitious and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations at Park Meadows in Littleton. This supervisory entry-level role leverages outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling the customer service behaviors and sales excellence required of the team. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, store opening and closing on a rotating basis, and driving achievement of sales and customer service targets through authentic, personalized customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day store operations
• Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
• Model exemplary retail behaviors and sales techniques for the sales team
• Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership
• Manage point-of-sale operations and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
• Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
• Right to live and work in the United States (proof required if invited for interview)

Skills

Experience

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Previous supervisory or leadership experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

No specific educational requirement stated; high school diploma or equivalent is typically expected for retail supervisory roles.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 23 per hour.
