Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day store operations
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and sales techniques for the sales team
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership
- Manage point-of-sale operations and cash handling with accuracy and integrity

Qualifications
