As a Key Holder for M·A·C at Estée Lauder Companies, this role combines creative and technical expertise to deliver an inspirational, personalized in-store experience in prestige beauty. Working as part of a high-performing retail team, the successful candidate will execute in-store events, maintain visual merchandising excellence, and ensure seamless customer engagement in a fast-paced environment. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized in-store customer service that educates and delights customers
• Combine creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, immersive shopping experience
• Collaborate with high-performing retail team members to execute in-store events and promotions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique stands out against competitors
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately
• Work flexibly across retail hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Certification or professional experience in retail sales (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
• Ability to work flexible retail hours in a fast-paced environment
• Right to live and work in the United States
• Creative and technical expertise in prestige beauty

Skills

Experience

Retail sales experience is preferred; the company welcomes applicants with entry-level or amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and a passion for customer service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (standard for retail positions); no formal tertiary education required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15.59 to USD 20.78 per hour.
