MAC at Estée Lauder is hiring a part-time Key Holder in Houston, TX to support store operations and lead retail sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and smooth daily functionality
- Lead by example and model the behaviors required for inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve all sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and securing the store
- Execute start and end of day cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with retail point-of-sale systems and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capability (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required)
