This position offers a dynamic supervisory opportunity for an ambitious retail professional seeking advancement within prestige beauty. The Key Holder supports store management by leading the sales team through exemplary coaching, mentoring, and personalized customer service delivery, while managing critical operational functions including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures on a rotating basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and smooth daily functionality
- Lead by example and model the behaviors required for inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve all sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and securing the store
- Execute start and end of day cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with retail point-of-sale systems and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capability (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required)
