Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales associates in delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and staff coordination
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and register accountability

Qualifications
