Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by modeling exceptional customer service behaviors and coaching team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of the store
- Conduct opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash register reconciliation and security checks
- Perform daily cash handling and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while modeling professional standards
- Ensure retail operations meet company standards and maintain an engaging store environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, authentic customer service
- Cash handling and point-of-sale software experience
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, particularly in coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets, is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20 per hour.
