MAC is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, lead the sales team in delivering personalized customer service, handle daily cash reconciliations, and open and close the store on a rota basis. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliations.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
