Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in directing daily store operations and team performance
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model exemplary customer service behaviors and drive sales achievement
- Conduct accurate cash reconciliation at store opening and closing, managing point-of-sale operations
- Rotate responsibility for opening and closing the store according to assigned schedule
- Ensure consistent delivery of inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Monitor and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets across the team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of right to work in the United States (required if invited to interview)
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or assistant management experience with proven coaching and mentoring capability (desirable)
