Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching and demonstration of inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining smooth store operations and achieving sales and customer service targets
- Conduct cash reconciliation at the start and end of business days
- Open and close the store on a rota basis
- Model and reinforce desired sales behaviors and customer service standards
- Lead by example to create an environment of excellence in service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and retail operations experience including store opening and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
