Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient daily store operations
- Lead by example and mentor sales associates to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rostered basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale system management
- Coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer service metrics

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty

- Demonstrated capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proven or desired supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring skills
- Desirable: prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Desirable: experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Canada
