MAC Key Holder, full-time 30 hours, Boca Raton FL – retail supervisory position with Estée Lauder Companies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient day-to-day operation of the retail location
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring security and operational readiness
- Model and reinforce the behaviours and service standards expected across the sales team
- Manage retail point-of-sale operations and transactions
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Desirable experience includes retail operations (cash reconciliation, store opening/closing) and supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities.
