Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members through coaching and example to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while modeling brand values
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of daily operations
- Maintain retail point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction processing
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others is desirable
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in the United States
