Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and execution of daily procedures
- Lead and mentor sales team members through coaching and example to deliver personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and accountability
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to company standards
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and brand standards to inspire sales team performance
- Manage retail point-of-sale system operations and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- Support scheduling, staffing coordination, and store maintenance activities as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required at time of interview)
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience with demonstrated ability to mentor others is desirable
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in a cosmetics or prestige beauty environment is required. Experience in a supervisory or coaching capacity, though desirable, is not mandatory for the right candidate.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education is not required.
