Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model behaviors that deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and vault operations
- Lead by example, demonstrating the highest standards of customer engagement and retail excellence
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Support the team in delivering on key performance indicators and store objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Cash handling and retail operations experience including store opening and closing procedures
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of success in fast-paced retail environments and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Education
