MAC, a prestige beauty brand under The Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining efficient store operations. This supervisory role requires an inspirational leader capable of coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver personalized, authentic customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets. The position includes responsibility for daily cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rotating basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model behaviors that deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and vault operations
- Lead by example, demonstrating the highest standards of customer engagement and retail excellence
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Support the team in delivering on key performance indicators and store objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Cash handling and retail operations experience including store opening and closing procedures
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of success in fast-paced retail environments and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected; further retail qualifications or certifications are a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Beachwood, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cleveland.
