The Junior Makeup Artist provides welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service, creates inspiring in-store experiences, and supports sales objectives and store standards through collaborative teamwork. The role is full-time regular.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each customer discover what inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Valuable experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work during store trading hours, including weekends.
- Preferable experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software, and using Microsoft Office.
