MAC seeks a Junior Makeup Artist in Bogotá to deliver personalized customer service, create inspiring in-store experiences and support sales objectives and store standards. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with welcoming, authentic and personalized service to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps customers discover products and services that delight and inspire them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the Company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
